Welcome to PASSÁN, your one-stop shop for affordable, modern art! As a young art startup, we have made it our mission to make high-quality works of art accessible to everyone.

The name PASSÁN is a symbiosis of our two surnames and stands for our passion and dedication that we put into each of our works of art handmade in Munich.

Art meets modern home decor

“Us”, Shiwa (32) and Julian (35), are united by, among other things, our love of art, design, interior design and our sense of beauty.

Shiwa, a Munich-based lawyer with Persian roots, and Julian, an entrepreneur and former management consultant with French roots, have a common vision:

To make aesthetic art of the highest quality affordable and accessible.

Julian’s relationship with art began in his early childhood, inspired by his
grandfather and his mother, both passionate art collectors. This devotion was strengthened in Paris and Milan, where he lived for several years and worked in the fashion industry. Julian now brings this expertise and passion for aesthetics and design to the founding of PASSÁN.

Shiwa, on the other hand, has always been deeply involved with modern art, fashion and interior design, harmoniously combining her oriental roots with her Munich sense of style. This multifaceted perspective shapes our offering and makes each of our works of art a unique expression of style and creativity.

Entering a new era of art

At PASSÁN we place particular emphasis on quality. Each of our works of art is made for you in Munich – from the stretching of the canvas to the framing of the finished work of art – from the highest quality materials and with love by hand. Each painting is framed in a particularly high-quality, 7 cm deep shadow gap real wood frame. Our concept:

Innovative art – deliberate yet intuitive composition

Don't worry, your favorite picture is not sold out yet! Have you fallen in love with one of our pictures, but need it in a specific size and/or want to change the frame? No problem. Because we have developed specific concepts in time-consuming processes in which our works of art are made especially for you using the right painting technique and the use of high-quality acrylic paints selected by us. This way, your favorite picture is always available to you and ready to decorate your feel-good place. However, each individual work of art remains an individual masterpiece and not a 1:1 copy. Each work is created in a creative process and expresses the passion of our talented artists. This is made individually for you after you place your order. No one else has an identical work to yours.
