Shipment:

We only ship our works of art using a special carrier for works of art.

The average delivery time after receipt of payment is therefore 2-3 weeks .

Once your order has been received, you will be contacted by our shipping agent by email and/or telephone to arrange an appointment for delivery.

All of our works of art are lovingly and safely packaged by our artists so that they reach your home undamaged. Nevertheless, we always insure our shipping to take away any risk of damage during delivery. Therefore, please contact us at passanart@gmail.com if you notice any damage after delivery (please note that each picture is a handmade work of art and always has slight imperfections which give it its real character).
