Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Since our products are made individually for our customers, e.g. frames and colors can be chosen, revocation of our works of art is excluded.

Dealings with merchants

The aforementioned provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and returns do not apply to transactions with merchants. In these cases, the legal regulations for merchants apply. If the buyer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction for both contractual partners is the city of Hamburg. It is only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
