The name PASSÁN is a symbiosis of our two surnames and stands for our passion and dedication ("Passion") that we put into each of our handcrafted works of art in Munich.

Art meets modern home decor

“Us”, Shiwa (32) and Julian (35), are united by, among other things, our love of art, design, interior design and a sense of beauty.

Shiwa, a Munich lawyer with Persian roots, and Julian, an entrepreneur and former management consultant with French roots, share a common vision:

To make aesthetic art of the highest quality affordable and accessible.

Julian's relationship with art began in his early childhood, inspired by his
Julian inherited his passion for art from his grandfather and mother, both passionate art collectors. This dedication was further strengthened during his time living and working in the fashion industry in Paris and Milan for several years. Julian now brings this expertise and passion for aesthetics and design to the founding of PASSÁN.

Shiwa, on the other hand, has always been deeply involved with modern art, fashion, and interior design, harmoniously blending her oriental roots with her Munich sense of style. This multifaceted perspective shapes our offerings and makes each of our artworks a unique expression of style and creativity.

Entering a new era of art

At PASSÁN, we place particular emphasis on quality. Each of our artworks is handcrafted for you in Munich – from stretching the canvas to framing the finished piece – using the highest quality materials and with loving care. Every painting is framed in a high-quality, 7 cm deep shadow gap solid wood frame. Our concept:

Don't worry, your favorite picture isn't sold out yet! Have you fallen in love with one of our paintings but need it in a specific size and/or would like to change the frame? No problem. We've developed meticulous processes to create unique pieces, using the right painting techniques and carefully selected, high-quality acrylic paints, especially for you. This ensures your favorite picture is always available and ready to adorn your favorite spot. Each piece remains an individual masterpiece, not a 1:1 copy. Every work is created through a creative process, expressing the passion of our talented artists. It will be made individually for you after you place your order. No one else will have an identical piece.
