We use individually assembled stretcher frames . Our frame option 1 gives the works a special presence in the room due to its pronounced depth of approx. 7 cm and appears noble and stylish. Frame option 2 impresses with its flatter construction of approx. 4 cm and the resulting lightness. Frame option 3 is for art purists who want their work to have an impact without a frame and with a depth of approx. 3 cm.

Depending on the frame option, our works of art are delivered with high-quality, individually made shadow gap solid wood frames made of light-stained European linden or black or white pine in the Munich area, which are hand-made by a regional carpenter in the Munich area . We work exclusively with small specialist companies that use regional, sustainably managed wood .

The image size including the shadow gap frame is 4 cm more in width and height than stated. For example, a 160x120 cm image with frame is 164x124 cm (applies to all sizes when selecting frame option 1 or 2).

Why is our average delivery time about 3-4 weeks?

1. All of our works of art are made by us personally in our Munich studio in the size you want . We, Shiwa and Julian (see also "About us"), make each picture by hand.

2. The frames are also made by hand by a local carpenter in the Munich area immediately after your order. Since we only work with small specialist companies from the region that only use regional, sustainably managed wood , it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the frames to arrive.

3. For shipping, we use special shipping companies that specialize in transporting artworks . Since many of our works are very large, shipping usually takes a little longer (around 5-7 days) than you might be used to from conventional online shopping. All of our works are shipped insured , so there is no shipping risk for you.

4. The creation of our works of art takes several days . Since we, Shiwa and Julian, have a classic first job in addition to art and art is our passion and hobby, we usually create your future work of art in the evenings or on weekends - but always with a lot of joy and attention to detail.
