Picture depth according to frame option:

The artwork is characterised by softly merging intense colour tones and shimmering, slightly transparent accents. The picture looks slightly different from every angle and is therefore very versatile.

We use individually hand-assembled stretcher frames. Our frame option 1 gives the works a particularly
depth of approx. 7 cm give the works a particularly elegant effect and style. Frame option 2 impresses with its flatter construction of approx. 4 cm and its lightness. Frame option 3 is for art purists who want their work to have a completely unframed effect with a depth of approx. 3 cm.

Depending on the frame option, our artworks are supplied with high-quality solid wood shadow gap frames made of light-stained European lime or black or white pine wood, individually crafted by hand by a regional carpenter in the Munich area. We work exclusively with small specialist companies that use regional, sustainably managed wood.

The picture size including shadow gap frame is 4 cm more in width and height than specified. For example, a 160x120 cm picture with frame is 164x124 cm (applies to all sizes when frame option 1 or 2 is selected).

Why is our average delivery time approx. 3-4 weeks?

1. all our artworks are made by us personally in our Munich studio in your desired size. We, Shiwa and Julian (see also “About us”), make every picture by hand.

2. the frames are also made by hand directly after your order by a regional carpenter in the Munich area. Since we work exclusively with small specialist companies from the region who only use regional, sustainably managed wood, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the frames to reach us.

3. for shipping, we use special forwarding agents who specialize in transporting works of art. Since many of our works are very large, shipping usually takes a little longer (approx. 5-7 days) than you may be used to from conventional online shopping. All our works are shipped insured, so there is no shipping risk for you.

4. the creation of our artworks takes several days. Since we, Shiwa and Julian, pursue a classical first profession in addition to art and art is our passion and our hobby, we usually create your future work of art in the evening or at the weekend - but always with a lot of joy and attention to detail.
