Why is our average delivery time approximately 2-3 weeks?
1. The frames are handcrafted by a local carpenter in the Munich area immediately after you place your order. Since we work exclusively with small, specialized businesses in the region that use only regional, sustainably sourced wood , it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the frames to arrive.
2. For shipping , we use specialized carriers who are experts in transporting artwork . Therefore, shipping usually takes a little longer (approx. 5-7 days) than you might be used to with conventional online shopping. All our artworks are shipped insured , so there is no shipping risk for you.
3. Since we, Shiwa and Julian, also have a traditional primary profession in addition to art, and art is our passion and hobby, we usually take care of your future artwork in the evenings or on weekends – but always with great joy and attention to detail.
